I went Geylang today with my family.I like Geylang coz,apart from the good food,I get to revisit the stuff I always see when I was a kid.The sights are no doubt nostalgic.
too bad the pasar was demolished.But hey you know what they say out with the old and in with the new...but I hope it's not entirely new.We should retain some of that old Geylang flavour.

If you want to know,he's actually paid to wash your gold jewelleries.If I'm not wrong,he will dip the golds into some hot water and he'll brush it all clean.Cool huh?
Oh and no trip to Geylang is finished before going to the prata shop. Murtabak is like the staple food at home.We just gotta buy a few packets home. And bored me(have to wait for the murtabak what) just have nothing to do but to film the poor guy slaved over the hot stove.
Who says only the Italian can make the dough fly?
