I cooked this week. Yes people...I cook too beside aimless baking. Haha... Damn I'm going to make one good wife.Hoho.

I cooked...well I have to say we cook, me and my project mates for soci of food, roti jala and curry. I would give the cooking 5 out of 10 for the fact that it's lacking salt.Haha

Let me give you the run thru to make roti jala

First mix 500g of plain flour, water, yellow food colouring, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon of baking soda and salt to taste into the mixer. P.S I use blender coz i dun have moxer...hoho

Blend it to a nice consistency

Make sure the pan is hot
