I went to gym again today, this time at Jurong West Stadium and personally I like going to the gym.

It's air-conditioned
Anyway air-conditioned is good in my eyes...

It's not as image conscious as I always imagined it to be.
I mean I have always put the idea of going to a gym away coz I'm always afraid what people think of me. But in the end I realised the gym is quite an ok please.Still quite conscious of the environment but I'm being more receptive towards it.

It always make me happy.
Ya man...exercise do make you happy.

So people... if you wanna go gym, ask me along coz I'm still kinda afraid to go on my own.
