Today new baking adventure is called Flan.

It was aite. The crust could have been softer, the custard filling could have been more cair and not so pekat, the strawberries should have been sweeter. And next time, no mothers allowed. Coz they make changes to everything coz mothers know best? But for this one apparently Mother do not know best and make my custard so thick and harder than it should. But overall I think it passed the taste test. And look wise...it's nice eh.

Now in the next few hours, my mum's turn to try her own new baking adventure...with my help that is. Wish us luck.
