I made this today

(by the way people, is it true that girls celebrate sweet 16 and guys super 16th... I have no idea...trust my 14 yr old girl cousin to tell me.. Yes Dada told me so..)

It was Didi's (yes if you hadnt know alrd my cousins nicknames are as such) 16th birthday yesterday but he was away for camp...so I decided to do this treat when he comes back. Little did I know he was going to return home at 11 freaking pm. Netherless, I thought the cake turn out pretty ok. Decent from the top view... on meniscus level, it was..aiyah... I am no artist nor a professional baker/decorator la, that's all I can say.

Oh by the way, it's an ice cream cake.. Well cheaters ice cream as the person who came up with this idea called it. Got the tips from here. Check it out, her cakes are orgasmic looking.

The refrigerator aint in the best condition, so the ice cream didn't really freeze up as well, but still I think it taste pretty ok. Well that's what they said, I didn't eat..for a very "health"-y reason. =( I was never an ice cream person anyway.

I got 3 invites to go out tomorrow...Weee!!!! Which one to choose....All sounds good...a day with friends seem hard to pass up on.. but the tummy aint feeling too good. Blame the so-called semangat 5 minute(stole this from Dee) diet plan. I eventually ate a supper of McD meal.Tsk. Its ok I shall try again tmrw.
